Faster, Better Service
Please be sure to include your customer number on all correspondence,
payments and returns. Allow approximately two weeks for processing
of payments and returns.
If your statement doesn't reflect a recent payment or return,
don't worry, we've probably just crossed in the mail.
If you wish to return any item, please return your bill with your
package so we can credit your account properly.
Written refund requests will gladly be honored for paid merchandise,
received by us within 40 days of invoice date (less s&h or processing
fee). Refunds will be applied to open balances, if any.
Any check returned NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) will be converted
to an electronic debit plus a second debit for your State's allowable
fee.
For Automatic Shipments
You always receive your order without obligation to
keep it. Shortly after your 30-day trial, either pay the enclosed
bill or return unused portion or even empty container. If you return
it, you will owe nothing and no questions will be asked.
If you keep it, pay the enclosed bill and you will
continue to receive a fresh supply of the product(s) each month,
with a bill.
If you ever want to cancel future shipments or receive
a postage-paid return label, just contact Tabak's Health Product's
customer service department. Remember, your complete satisfaction
is our top priority.
For those customers who agreed to the "Simplify
My Life" program: for your convenience we will charge your
credit card with each monthly shipment (you will receive free s&h
with this option).
Bills 75 days after ship date will incur a $5 late
fee. To avoid this, please pay on time.
